MSSA Board & Member Meetings

Board Meetings (Minutes)

The MSSA Board typically convenes a minimum of three times a year.  All board meetings are open to the general membership, unless specifically stated otherwise. The board tries to coordinate the meetings around the following shoots:

• MSSA Banquet Shoot (meeting typically follows the banquet meal and program)
• MSSA State Shoot (meeting is typically conducted the evening prior to the  annual membership meeting.)
• A November shoot which is typically the last registered shoot in Missouri.

It may also conduct meetings via electronic means, such as Zoom

The general membership meeting is conducted as part of the MSSA State Shoot, typically following the meal and awards ceremony on Saturday evening
