MSSA Board & Member Meetings

Board Meetings (Minutes)

The MSSA Board typically convenes a minimum of three times a year.  All board meetings are open to the general membership, unless specifically stated otherwise. The board tries to coordinate the meetings around the following shoots:

• MSSA Banquet Shoot (meeting typically follows the banquet meal and program)
• MSSA State Shoot (meeting is typically conducted the evening prior to the  annual membership meeting.)

Other meetings are generally conducted via electronic means, such as Zoom.

General Membership Meeting (Minutes)

The general membership meeting is conducted as part of the MSSA State Shoot, typically following the meal and awards ceremony on Saturday evening.  In even numbered years, we elect our officers: President, Vice-President, & Secretary-Treasurer. In odd numbered years, we vote to fill the three at-large Board positions.
